Ciara knows as well as Apicius, a first-century Roman, that we eat first with our eyes. We don’t think he ever got as far as Ardglass but if he was around today, he’d truly appreciate the attention to detail that goes into making Margaret’s Cottage a feast for all the senses.

Good taste is in everything we do. From a relaxed colour palette designed to create a sophisticated but laid-back vibe through our immaculately dressed rooms to a lounge that is all about the luxe.
