Ciara is the most wonderful and thoughtful of hostesses; she notices and tends to all the details. The rooms are spotless, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, served with the best ingredients and prepared with love. The village of Ardglass is just steps away with a great pub, world class golf and a very nice Italian restaurant next door.

The experience was absolutely delightful. The room itself is so cosy and welcoming with beautiful views over the water and of the castle. I could have spent all day relaxing on the sofas listening to the music and looking at the view. Ciara also went above and beyond in catering for my dairy allergy. And so for once I didn't feel like I was missing out in the slightest…

We had a perfect stay in Margaret's Cottage. It was as charming and comfortable as anywhere I've ever stayed. Ciara's genuine and warm welcome sets the tone for a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious and so thoughtfully set out, with loads of really nice touches dotted about. The little gift of fudge as you arrive was super. Huge bed, massive bathroom, spotless throughout. Breakfast was sensational.
